Who operates SEED
Seed of You is operated by Seed of You LLC. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions, access, correction, export or deletion requests. This notice is dated 27 October 2026.
Information we handle
Browsing this website does not give SEED access to your accounts. If you join the product updates list, we record your email address, consent and signup date and synchronize the contact to Resend. Joining that list does not create a vault.
If you create a beta account, we handle your name, email address, authentication information and the records needed to manage your sessions, verification and password resets. Google sign-in uses basic profile identity and email; it does not grant Gmail access.
If you separately connect Gmail, Google grants read-only mailbox access. You select the date range SEED imports. We store the selected messages, attachments, metadata and the connection credentials needed for that permission. Read-only access cannot send, modify or delete Gmail messages. Importing may omit messages or attachments that the provider cannot return; the dashboard reports import results.
Why and where we use it
We use account and archive data to provide the service you request, keep accounts secure and respond to support requests. Product updates rely on the separate consent on the interest form. We do not sell personal records or use archive contents for advertising. The current beta does not perform AI processing on your archive or share it with an external agent.
Azure hosts the service in the United States. Cloudflare handles traffic delivery and protection. Resend handles list contacts and verification/password-reset email. Google handles sign-in and Gmail access when selected. These providers may process service metadata for their functions. Archive files are encrypted on the server, which also holds the keys; this is not end-to-end encryption.
Retention and deletion
Active archive data stays until you delete it or close your account. Recovery copies are scheduled for deletion after seven days. Azure retains soft-deleted copies for a further seven days. Deletion processing may take longer, so this is not a guaranteed maximum. Account security records are kept only as needed for the service and security. Product update contacts stay until you withdraw consent or request removal. Disconnecting Gmail ends future collection but does not delete records already saved. Copies you download remain under your control.
Cookies and your choices
The beta uses cookies needed for authentication. We have not added advertising or website analytics scripts. Hosting and protection services may still keep operational access records. You can browse this website without joining the list and use Google’s account settings to revoke the Gmail permission.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict or object to use of your data, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority. Contact the privacy address above to exercise a choice. Provide only the information needed to identify your account; do not send your password or archive.
