This exports available cloud chats.
ChatGPT conversations
Self-service export is unavailable for Business, Enterprise and Healthcare workspaces; eligible Edu exports depend on administrator settings.
23andMe
Raw data is not a validated medical report.
Amazon Photos
This method preserves selected media, not a full Amazon account archive.
Amazon shopping/account records
Categories and report availability vary by Amazon marketplace.
Ancestry family trees
A shared tree owned by somebody else is not your tree export.
AncestryDNA
A genotype export is not your match list, complete family tree or a clinical diagnosis.
Android Health Connect
Google explicitly excludes health records from this export/import feature.
Android SMS/MMS/RCS
Google documents SMS/MMS backup and RCS backup when using Google Messages.
Apple Calendar
An .icbu restore replaces current calendar data, so do not test it against your live calendar.
Apple Contacts
vCards do not preserve every list structure.
Apple Health
Exporting XML is not proof that another health app can import every record.
Apple Messages / iMessage
Apple documents conversation printing.
Apple Music
XML lists tracks but contains no audio.
Apple Notes
This is a per-note route, not a documented one-click whole-library export.
Apple Photos / iCloud Photos
Exported originals do not reproduce the entire Photos library, album organization or edit history.
Apple/device location records
Apple says Visited Places availability varies by region and that it is end-to-end encrypted.
Asana
A project export is not an organization backup.
Audible
An account-data export is not an unrestricted audio download.
Bank statements / transaction exports
There is no universal banking export.
BeReal
This preserves selected images.
Bluesky
The profile CAR contains public account records but excludes media blobs and private data.
Box
Owner/admin restrictions may block downloading.
Camera cards and scanned-photo archives
Camera-specific folders may contain required metadata.
Canva
Rendered exports are not a complete editable Canva workspace, comments or version history.
Chrome bookmarks/history
Account export depends on what was saved/synced and not deleted.
Claude conversations
Mobile apps cannot initiate this export.
Clinical genetic / sequencing files
No universal portal exists and not every lab retains every intermediate file.
Confluence
PDF omits comments; HTML has documented comment/blog limitations.
Discord
The package primarily covers your own data and sent messages, not every other person’s message in a server.
Dropbox
A current-file download does not promise deleted files, all revisions or comments.
Edge bookmarks/history
Favorites export does not contain browsing history.
Evernote
The documented export requires the desktop app; the web app cannot do it.
FamilySearch records / trees
FamilySearch explicitly says its old direct GEDCOM export is no longer supported.
Figma
Local copies omit version history and comments, and reimport as new files.
Firefox bookmarks/history
Bookmark JSON/JSONLZ4 backup is Firefox-specific and is not browsing history.
Fitbit / Google health account records
Google now documents the Fitbit app as Google Health; old screenshots may show a different label.
Flickr
The full account-data request is available to Free and Pro members.
Garmin Connect
An account export is broader than an individual workout export.
GEDCOM / genealogy files
This is a file category, not one service.
Gemini conversations
Selecting Gemini alone may miss chat history stored under My Activity.
Geneanet
Geneweb .gw and GEDCOM serve different software.
GitHub
The personal account export is metadata, not proof of a complete backup of every repository, release, artifact or organization.
GitLab
GitLab warns project exports are not complete backups.
Google Calendar
The mobile app cannot perform this export.
Google Contacts
Work/school directory entries cannot all be selected as personal contacts.
Google Drive
Workspace policy and file/export limits can restrict access.
Google Keep
Google documents text/list content, recordings, drawings, images, colors, pinned/archived state, collaborators and labels in the download.
Google Maps / location history
Timeline is now device-based; a desktop Takeout package must not be assumed to contain it.
Google Photos
Metadata added within Google Photos can arrive as separate JSON.
Housing / utilities / service accounts
This is a general workflow; there is no single export for housing/utilities.
iCloud Drive
Sharing permissions do not transfer with a copy.
iCloud Mail
The route uses Apple Mail’s mailbox export, not an iCloud website bulk-download button.
Identity and civil documents
No universal identity-document download exists.
Insurance records
This is a provider-specific records workflow, not a universal insurance export button.
Kindle / reading records
This is a partial route: exact annotation-export controls vary by Kindle app and book.
Laboratory reports
A trend PDF may omit full original reports, specimen details or later amendments.
LINE
LINE documents text-file export but says it cannot restore chat history into LINE.
Linear
CSV does not include attachment files.
Only categories applicable to the account are supplied.
Local computer folders
A folder copy does not guarantee bootable system recovery, every application database, permissions or version history.
Local voice/video recordings
The documented Voice Memos route is an example, not a universal recorder menu.
Local/self-hosted AI chat histories
Other local chat apps use different formats.
Mastodon
Lists can be imported separately.
Medical imaging files
Delivery format and release procedures are facility-specific.
Medication and care records
A current medication-list PDF is not a complete prescription or administration history.
Messenger
Encrypted chat history depends on message storage and its recovery method.
Microsoft Contacts
This covers saved contacts, not the complete organization directory or every suggested recipient.
Microsoft Copilot conversations
Consumer Copilot, Microsoft 365 work/school Copilot and GitHub Copilot are different products.
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft’s consumer guide applies to Teams for personal use, not an organization’s complete chat history.
Mobile-service account records
Carrier records are not a WhatsApp/iMessage/SMS-content export.
MyHeritage DNA
Only the kit manager can download.
MyHeritage family trees
The photo option stores links, not the photographs themselves.
NAS and external drives
Two folders on the same drive are not two independent copies.
Notion
Permissions and teamspace export restrictions limit coverage; inaccessible private pages are excluded.
Obsidian vaults
Sync and file-recovery snapshots are not complete independent backups.
OneDrive
Microsoft documents a 250 GB file limit and 10,000-file limits for batch downloads, with additional compressed-file restrictions.
OneDrive photo library
Photos and ordinary OneDrive files overlap: do not count the same bytes twice.
OneNote
This web route does not work for work/school OneDrive or SharePoint notebooks.
Other IMAP/local mail archives
Provider authentication, server archives and folder subscriptions vary.
Oura
PDF Shareable Reports summarize selected trends and are not equivalent to the full data request.
Outlook / Microsoft 365 mail
A PST contains the selected locally available data, not necessarily every server archive or shared mailbox.
Outlook Calendar
This menu path is for classic Outlook for Windows; new Outlook, web and Mac differ.
Patient portals / providers
Portal availability, identity checks and record coverage differ by institution/country.
PayPal
The US help page documents up to seven years for transaction-history reports, not every report type worldwide.

Perplexity documents the export action but does not list every included file or give a delivery deadline.

There is no universal receipts export.
An account report should not be treated as an offline copy of every image or website linked from a board.

Highlight export is not full book/article content.
This is an account-data request, not an export of entire communities or every comment in other people’s threads.

One currency statement does not cover every account/product.
Safari bookmarks/history
Apple warns the export is unencrypted.
Samsung Health
Use the download option, not the separate erasure control.
Signal
On-device backups preserve history in an encrypted, app-dependent format, not readable documents.
Slack
Public-channel exports are broadly available to eligible administrators.
Snapchat
Snap history is not the same as the original photo/video.
Spotify
The ordinary account package describes roughly the last year of streaming history; the extended package is distinct.
Strava
Strava documents export on the website.
Tax/accounting archives
Country, tax authority and accounting products determine the actual export routes.
Threads
Meta provides Download Your Information for preserving Threads content.
TikTok
TikTok says some categories may omit the latest 24–48 hours and information affecting others’ privacy.
Todoist
The JSON account archive and CSV backups have different purposes.
Trello
Board JSON contains only the most recent 1,000 actions; CSV omits comments.
Tumblr
Tumblr’s export can include HTML posts, uploaded media, comments and messaging records.
Twitch
The account/activity reports are mainly CSV data.
Viber
The account report and chat backup have different coverage.
The desktop backup is intended for restoration to WeChat on a phone; it cannot be read directly as ordinary chat documents.
WHOOP
The export covers available metrics such as sleep, recovery, strain and journal entries.
Wise
Check filters before export: it saves the current view.
Withings
Available categories depend on the device.
X
X documents a snapshot including posts, DMs, media and account/relationship records.
Yahoo Mail
A privacy/account-data request should not be assumed to include your mailbox.

Google documents video exports in original format or MP4.
