Keep the Record by Seed of You

When it matters, have the record.

Messages across several apps. Attachments you keep searching for. Dates you cannot quite place. Bring one important issue into a private timeline, with the original behind every entry.

Preserve the originals. Review the account. Choose what leaves your vault.

Illustrative scene.
One part of your life. A place of its own.

A clear account starts with the source.

Keep the Record organizes selected conversations, documents and your own notes around an issue you choose. Review the chronology, see missing context and prepare an indexed brief for a lawyer, adviser or support worker.

You stay in control of the record and the next step.

Put events in order.

Connect messages, attachments and notes by their recorded dates. Keep unclear timestamps and missing periods visible instead of quietly filling the gaps.

Keep the surrounding conversation.

Open the original behind an excerpt. See who wrote it and what came before and after, alongside any available attachment.

Separate the record from the interpretation.

Distinguish an exact quotation, a later recollection and a draft summary. Add corrections or annotations without replacing the original file.

Prepare a focused handover.

Choose the relevant timeline, questions and originals. Review a brief and redacted working copies before sharing them with the recipient you select.

Illustrative tenancy example.

One repair. Months of correspondence.

A tenant brings together a repair request, photographs, follow-up messages and a contractor’s visit note before meeting an adviser.

The adviser receives an organized account and selected originals, with gaps clearly marked.

Missing context

Handover question

Which further records would help the adviser understand the delay?

Your sources. Your context. Your choice.

How it works

From scattered records to a reviewable brief.

  1. Choose the issue.

Start with a question or date range. Select the chat exports, emails, documents and notes that belong to it; unrelated history stays outside the collection.

  2. Review the timeline.

Inspect source-linked entries, surrounding messages and attachments. Correct interpretations, mark missing records and add your own recollection separately.

  3. Prepare your appointment.

Build a concise brief with an index of supporting files and questions still open. Export or share only the material you have reviewed.

Start with what you have

Start with records you are authorized to keep.

Bring selected chat exports, email, screenshots, documents, voice messages and incident notes. Preserve original files and attachments where available; an isolated screenshot may leave useful context out.

This page accepts waitlist interest only. Sensitive records belong in the protected service.

The vault behind it

Private preparation. A recipient you choose.

The service does not contact the other person or send a brief automatically. Sharing a record is a separate decision from organizing it.

Keep sensitive dispute material outside unrelated assistant context and licensing. Review redactions and recipients before disclosure; preserve an unchanged original separately.

Explore privacy and control

Questions before you begin.

What does Keep the Record produce?

A reviewable chronology, a source index and a selected bundle of originals. A preparation brief separates documented events, your recollections and questions still worth asking.

Can I use it for a personal dispute?

You can organize selected records for private review or professional support. The service does not decide who is right, diagnose another person or push you to contact them.

Will it prove that a message is authentic?

No. Keeping an original and checking whether a file changed are useful preservation steps. They do not establish that every statement is true, the record is complete or a court will accept it.

Will summaries replace the messages?

No. A summary is a working account you review. Keep it linked to the original messages, their surrounding context and any available attachments.

Can I send the brief directly to my lawyer?

Prepare a reviewed export or selected sharing package for your chosen recipient. Nothing is sent automatically. A qualified professional decides how to use the material in your situation.
