Work and Expertise by Seed of You

Keep what experience taught you.

The reason behind a decision. The method that finally worked. Preserve the thinking behind your work and use it again.

Selected projects. Original sources. A clear audience for every output.

One part of your life. A place of its own.

Your next project does not have to start from zero.

Work and Expertise brings approved notes, messages and examples into a private professional collection. Recover a decision, prepare a handover or turn your own methods into a practical playbook you can keep improving.

Start with one project or one method.

Recover the reasoning.

Find the options, constraints and discussion behind a choice. See which approach was rejected and what was known at the time.

Hand over the context.

Bring together the current status, important decisions, dependencies and open questions. Give the next person a useful starting point.

Make experience reusable.

Shape your own explanations and examples into a guide. Review each lesson, correct it and keep its supporting material.

Show what you actually did.

Build a factual career timeline from records and permitted work samples. Distinguish your contribution from the team’s wider result.

Illustrative expertise collection.

“Show how I solved that repair.”

A craftsperson has a photograph of the joint, a workshop note and a recorded explanation of the adjustment that worked.

Turn those pieces into an illustrated method with the original explanation behind it. Update the guide when experience teaches you something new.

How it works

From a finished project to knowledge you can use.

  1. Choose the question.

Recover a decision, prepare a meeting or explain a method. Select a project collection you are authorized to use.

  2. Follow the sources.

Review the notes, drafts and messages behind the answer. Keep uncertainties and conflicting versions visible.

  3. Create the useful artifact.

Edit a handover, meeting brief or playbook. Choose its audience and export only the material meant for them.

Start with what you have

Bring the material behind your work.

Use selected project notes, documents, sketches, photographs, authorized recordings and message exports. Keep employer, client and personal collections distinct.

Export guides help collect copies. Access to a file does not automatically grant permission to reuse or publish it.

The vault behind it

Your private work stays separate.

SEED operates its core intelligence on infrastructure we control. Choose which project a task can use and inspect the material before sharing a handover or brief.

Building a playbook does not publish it or license anyone’s knowledge. Employer agreements, client confidentiality and other contributors’ rights still matter. An optional commercial offer requires its own selected collection and permission review.

Explore controlled sharing

Questions before you begin.

Is this a workplace archive or a public portfolio?

It starts as a private collection. You can use it to prepare a handover, meeting or playbook without publishing anything. A portfolio contains only the examples and claims you choose and are entitled to share.

Can I find why a project changed direction?

Bring the relevant versions, discussion and notes together. SEED links the account to its sources and makes gaps visible; it cannot recover reasoning that was never recorded.

Can I use it to prepare a client meeting?

Yes, with records you are authorized to use. Choose the engagement, prior commitments and open questions. Keep each client’s collection separate and review the brief before sharing.

Does it invent achievements for my career profile?

No. A career evidence book should reflect your actual records and contribution. You review the wording and remove unsupported claims or material you cannot disclose.

Can I earn from a playbook later?

You can choose to prepare a separate knowledge offer from eligible material. Licensing is optional and needs defined uses, recipients and terms. A private work collection is never automatically a commercial product.
