Can I open a free 50 GB vault today?

The 50 GB free plan is preparing for launch. Current beta access has its own supported features and limits. Joining the waitlist records your interest and does not change an existing account’s capacity.

Do I pay for every tool separately?

SEED Plus is designed as one plan for regular use, with clear allowances. Large projects, physical products and heavy processing may have a separate price that you see before starting.

Does Legacy include access after death?

The first release focuses on preparing your plan and sharing selected material with your approval. Verified access after death is for a later release, with a dedicated review process. A card or an unanswered email will not release your private records.

Do recipients need a paid account?

No paid plan is intended to be required to receive a message or package you have shared with them. Each recipient uses their own account and receives only what you have assigned.

Are the physical card and USB vault the same thing?

No. The card points people to your chosen page and access instructions. The USB vault is a separate physical archive. Both are separate from SEED Free and SEED Plus.

Will my records stay mine if I stop paying?

Your originals remain yours to export. Before a paid plan opens, we’ll explain its storage limits, cancellation terms and the time available to retrieve files if your account exceeds the free allowance.
