From scattered messages to a clear record

What did we actually agree?

A decision may be spread across an email, a later message and a revised document. Search brings the relevant pieces together so you can see the sequence for yourself.

Start with what matters.

You choose the material and the result. Your private vault keeps the original records together.

  1. Ask in your own words

Start with what you remember or what you need to find. A person, a time or a few details can be enough to begin.

  2. Follow the evidence

Open the messages, photographs and documents behind an answer. Check dates and surrounding context.

  3. Make a useful brief

Bring selected results into a reviewable summary for a meeting, decision or handover. Choose what leaves your vault.

Bring the right pieces.

  • Imported messages and documents
  • Notes, transcripts and dated records
  • A question or the details you remember

Your records. Your choices.

The source stays within reach.

A summary should help you find the record, not replace it. Keep originals, check context and decide which collections a search may use.

Making a brief does not send it anywhere. You review the contents and choose the recipient before sharing.

Privacy and control

A few useful answers.

Is SEED Brief a separate subscription?

Brief creation is part of the planned Search experience. It turns selected results into a document you can review; you will not need a separate product just to prepare a brief.

How is a brief different from SEED Context?

A brief is a selected document or summary. Context is a way to give an approved assistant scoped access to selected information. An export does not automatically create an ongoing connection.

Can I check an answer?

Source access is central to the planned experience. You should be able to inspect the original material and distinguish a recorded fact from a generated interpretation.

What if my records disagree?

The useful result is a view of the conflicting records and what remains uncertain, rather than an invented certainty. Keep dates and original wording when reviewing an answer.
