A clothbound memoir beside family photographs and a voice recorder
Start with a chapter

The story behind the photograph.

A photograph gives you a starting point. Your recording supplies the people, the place and what it meant to you. Together they can become a chapter someone will want to keep.

A life remembered

A chapter you can shape

The memory
Your own account of a moment, with its original recording.
The chapter
A draft in your voice, with space to correct details and add what is missing.
The keepsake
Photographs, captions and the stories you choose to include.

Start with what matters.

You choose the material and the result. Your private vault keeps the original records together.

  1. Bring a few memories

Start with photographs, existing notes or an interview. You can build one chapter before collecting everything.

  2. Shape the story

Choose a structure and review the draft. Correct names, fill gaps and decide what stays private.

  3. Make it yours to keep

Edit the chapters and prepare your book for export. Share a selected copy or choose printing when it becomes available.

Bring the right pieces.

  • Photographs and the stories behind them
  • Interviews, recordings and personal notes
  • Names, dates and details you want to preserve

Your records. Your choices.

Your voice. Your final word.

You choose the sources, approve the writing and decide who receives the book. Private material does not become a public biography automatically.

A generated draft can get details wrong. Review names, dates and quotations against the originals, and include other people’s private stories thoughtfully.

Privacy and control

A few useful answers.

Do I need to write everything myself?

No. The planned experience helps organize and draft your selected material. You remain the editor, with the original recordings and documents available to check.

Can I start with my parents’ or grandparents’ stories?

Yes, with their participation or the appropriate permission to use the material. Stories can help capture interviews, which can then become source material for a memoir.

Can I make a short book?

A single chapter, a period of your life or a small family collection can be a useful starting point. You do not need a complete autobiography to begin.

Is a printed book included?

Printing is planned as a separate optional purchase. The format, price and delivery details will be shown before you order.
