Start with what matters.

You choose the material and the result. Your private vault keeps the original records together.

  1. Gather your records

Start with the reports and measurements relevant to your question. Keep their dates and original files.

  2. Review the timeline

Check extracted information and compare compatible measurements. Different units and methods should remain visible.

  3. Prepare a selected summary

Choose what belongs in an appointment brief. Review it before sharing it with a clinician.

Bring the right pieces.

Your records. Your choices.

Sensitive records need a deliberate choice.

Keep health material in the collections you choose. Preparing a brief does not send your records to a clinician, insurer or outside assistant.

SEED Health is for organization and preparation, not diagnosis or treatment. Review generated summaries and discuss medical decisions with a qualified professional.

Privacy and control

A few useful answers.

Will SEED Health diagnose a condition?

No. Its scope is organizing records, showing their context and helping you prepare for a conversation with a qualified professional.

Can I check where a number came from?

The planned experience keeps the original report connected to extracted information. Dates, units and source details matter when reviewing a measurement.

Does signing up upload my medical records?

No. This form asks only for your email to receive SEED updates. It does not collect reports, symptoms or other health records.

Can I share only part of my health history?

The intended sharing experience lets you choose specific material for a particular recipient. A selected appointment brief should not expose the rest of your vault.
