You can analyze files and write a memoir entirely in ChatGPT. SEED’s added value is preserving the source history, reusing it across purpose-built life tools and preparing selected context for ChatGPT. The vault connection is coming soon; SEED’s public deletion-guide MCP works today.
Privacy and processing, in brief
Consumer ChatGPT has training controls. Business, Enterprise and Edu content is not used for training by default. Connected medical records, Apple Health data and conversations that use that data have separate no-training and no-advertising protections. Sharing selected SEED context with ChatGPT remains a separate processing choice.
SEED’s core AI is designed for infrastructure we operate. We do not sell your records or use them for advertising or to train our models. Material you choose to send to an outside assistant follows that provider’s terms.

Why use SEED if ChatGPT already has memory?
ChatGPT memory helps a conversation. SEED is designed to preserve the original history and reuse it across Avatar, Legacy, Memoir, Health and other tools, with core AI operated by SEED. Selected context can also support your chosen assistant.
Can I connect SEED to ChatGPT?
SEED’s private-vault connection to ChatGPT is coming soon. You can connect the public deletion-guide MCP today. It reads public instructions, not your private memories.
Does connecting an app make a backup?
Access to a connected source and an independent backup are different. Check what has actually been downloaded and can be opened after the connection ends.
