The moment it’s for

The appointment is short. Your history isn’t.

A result sits in a lab portal. A specialist’s letter is in a drawer. A wearable export is on your phone, and the question you meant to ask comes back on the way home.

  • Results from different labs, years apart
  • Letters, scans and visit notes on paper
  • What you take, and what you’ve tried
  • Your own observations, in your own words

Health puts it in order, keeps the original behind every detail, and helps you arrive with the right questions.

How it works

Three steps to a calmer appointment.

Start with what you want to understand. Add records as you go and decide what your AI can use.

  1. 01

    Give it your context

Bring reports, measurements and what you want to understand. Skip what you prefer to keep out.

  2. 02

    Explore with your AI

Understand a term, compare compatible results and keep sources and different explanations visible.

  3. 03

    Prepare useful next steps

Add the questions worth asking to your question brief, choose what belongs in it, and review it before anyone else sees it.

Inside Health

Keep the story going between appointments.

The Health panel sits beside your private AI in your SEED dashboard. It keeps what you have noticed apart from possible explanations, and collects the questions worth taking to a professional. A preparation aid, not a personal medical assessment.

  • Overview

What you have noticed, what to understand next, and one button to keep a useful question for your next conversation.

  • Topics

Sleep & energy, Digestion & food, Prevention and Genetics, each with its own notes, open questions and a useful next step.

  • Research

Check a claim before you act on it: what exactly is claimed, what evidence supports it, who was studied and what remains uncertain.

Your personal health intelligence

Curious about everything. Careful with conclusions.

Some questions take more than one report or one conversation. Investigate them with your history, your everyday life and the evidence in view, and keep what you learn.

  • 01 · Understand

    Make the unfamiliar understandable.

A lab term, a specialist’s letter, a result from years ago. Get a plain-language explanation and open the original behind every detail.

    What changed between these results?
  • 02 · Connect

Look at the story between the results.

Put symptoms beside sleep, food, movement, stress and medication changes, without treating coincidence as proof.

What else belongs in this picture?
  • 03 · Investigate

    Get past the headline.

Bring a claim, a treatment or a supplement. Compare guidelines, reviews and original studies, and save what is supported, disputed or uncertain.

What evidence would make this worthwhile?
  • 04 · Look ahead

Make prevention part of your life.

Bring family history, earlier tests and your priorities. Understand what a check could tell you before your next visit.

What is worth paying attention to?
  • 05 · Go deeper

Give your DNA a meaningful context.

Read a genetic report beside your history, with the laboratory’s conclusions kept visible. Raw sequence files need specialist tools.

What does this finding actually establish?
  • 06 · Keep learning

Pick up where you left off.

Your overview connects records, conversations and saved research. Return with a new observation without rebuilding the story.

What have I learned, and what’s still open?

Personal records. Private intelligence.

Your health history. Your private space.

Health works inside your SEED private server environment, with your own privately hosted AI. SEED manages the infrastructure; you choose the records your apps can use.

Your private environment

  1. 01

    AI comes to your records.

Core processing runs in your private environment, without sending your records to the model publisher. No training on your records or advertising use.

  2. 02

    Sharing is a separate choice.

Review the brief, choose the records and select a clinician. Creating a summary does not send it to a clinician, insurer or outside assistant.

  3. 03

    Support for your conversation.

Health supports understanding rather than diagnosis or treatment decisions. Review important findings with a qualified professional.

What Health won’t do

  • Diagnose a condition or prescribe treatment.
  • Act as an emergency service.
  • Ask you to change medication based on an AI answer.
  • Combine results with different methods or incompatible units.
  • Retrieve a copy someone has already downloaded. Revoking stops future access only.

Good to know

Before your first record.

Can Health interpret a diagnosis or change treatment?

Health helps you understand records, explore research and prepare informed questions. It does not diagnose or prescribe treatment. Discuss medical decisions with a qualified professional; do not change medication based on an AI answer. Health is not an emergency service.

Can I check an extracted value?

Yes. Open the linked original and review the date, unit and source context. Generated summaries need your review. Different methods and incompatible units should remain visible rather than be combined.

What happens when I share a brief?

You review the selected records and choose the recipient. Preparing a brief shares nothing. Once someone has downloaded a copy, revoking future access cannot retrieve that copy.

Do I need the other SEED apps?

No. Choose Health on its own. Your SEED Free vault holds the records Health uses, with 5 GB included. Personal includes Health and the other six app subscriptions with 1 TB.

Can I start without medical records?

Yes. Begin with what you want to understand, your daily routine and observations. Add reports later. Your own observations stay distinct from clinical findings and research ideas.

Can I include family history or help someone else?

Include family relationships and relevant history in your own overview. If you help someone with their health, keep their records and research separate, with their permission. Review who can access the information before sharing.

Does Health connect to every health service?

Start with files and compatible exports. Available processing depends on the format. An export guide is a way to obtain your records, rather than a promise of continuous synchronization.

Can Health analyze my entire genome?

Start with readable laboratory reports. Understanding a report and processing raw genomic data are different jobs. Raw sequence files need appropriate specialist tools and validation; a chat answer is not a comprehensive genetic assessment.

How does research access work?

Core private AI works inside your environment. Current web research needs an available research connection; only the sources actually retrieved can be treated as checked. Supported external models or assistants are optional, and you choose what they receive. Your invitation explains the features and connections available with your access.

What happens when I request Health?

You request an invitation and Health updates using your email. No medical records, payment or subscription are collected here. Access follows your invitation.
