Your photographs have follow-up questions.
Bring selected photos, letters and earlier stories from your vault. Your private AI suggests what to ask next: the missing names, the untold journeys.
SEED Stories
Start with a gentle question. Record the answer with the speaker’s agreement, keep the original voice, and correct the transcript beside it. Each story finds its photo, its people and its place in your private vault.

Why Stories
Photographs keep the faces. The names, the jokes and the reason everyone was laughing live only in someone’s memory, and in their voice.
Stories gives you a way in: one good question, then room for the answer. Childhood mischief. First love. The hardest decision. And your own life, while the small details are still close.
“What was happening just before this photo?”

How it works
Let Stories guide the beginning. Stay with a detail, skip a topic, and pick the conversation up another day.
Start from a photograph, a place or a person. Explain what you want to keep and who may hear it; the speaker can skip a question or stop at any time.
One question at a time. Try “Who else was there?” or “How did that feel?” Record in Stories, write an answer, or bring a recording you already have.
The original recording stays separate from the transcript and from edited stories. Add the photo and context, and check names and dates against the audio before you share.
Bring selected photos, letters and earlier stories from your vault. Your private AI suggests what to ask next: the missing names, the untold journeys.
A sibling may remember the journey; a parent, the reason they went. Each recollection keeps its own attribution. Different memories can stay different.
Record with the speaker’s agreement, write a recollection, or bring an older recording you have permission to use. A conversation, not a polished performance.
Personal stories. Personal choices.
Ask separately before sharing someone’s personal story. Keeping their voice does not give permission to clone it or generate new words in it.
SEED runs core AI inside your private server environment. Your recordings aren’t sent to a model publisher for core processing, or used to train models or target ads.

Part of SEED
Stories keeps its recordings in the same private vault as your photos, messages and documents, so every other SEED app can find them when you choose.
Before you begin
No. Start with a childhood memory, a friendship, a family tradition or something that happened yesterday. You can preserve your own experience, too.
Start with a topic, a photograph or selected material from your vault. Your private AI helps you explore follow-up questions. You choose which records to include and which questions to ask. There is no need to upload your whole archive.
Yes, where you have permission to use them. Keep the original file and add the speaker, date, photograph and context. Supported processing depends on the file format and recording length.
Keep each recollection attributed to the person who shared it. Add context and corrections without turning an uncertain date or a disagreement into a single verified fact. Each contribution needs the person’s agreement.
Use it to revisit a conversation, then check names, dates and quotations against the original audio. Transcripts and AI summaries can contain mistakes. Your corrections remain separate from the original.
No. Preserving an original recording and generating new speech are separate choices. Stories does not automatically authorize an avatar.
Stories captures and preserves your source material. Memoir turns selected memories into a book you review. Memoir is a separate purchase: $10 per digital book or $50 per printed book, with shipping and any additional generation charges confirmed separately.
